1. Introduction

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By purchasing, downloading, or using any product available on almivision.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. License

By downloading, installing, or using any of our products, you agree to the terms of the applicable license.
All our WordPress/WooCommerce plugins are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 3, or any later version published by the Free Software Foundation.

A copy of the GPL license is included with every product. More details are available on GNU.org.

3. Updates

Updates for the same product series are provided free of charge to all customers with a valid license, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

4. Product Delivery

Digital products are delivered automatically.

  • After successful payment, you will receive an email with your download link.
  • Payments made through euplatesc.ro (credit/debit card) are processed instantly.
  • Payments made via bank transfer are processed manually, and delivery will occur after the payment is confirmed.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, whether modified or unmodified.
All products remain the property of ALMIVISIONS SRL.

Products are provided “as is”, without any warranties—express or implied.
We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

  • direct or indirect losses,
  • loss of data,
  • compatibility issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or hosting environments.

You are solely responsible for ensuring compatibility and proper usage.

6. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and non-tangible, refunds are generally not offered.

A refund may be considered only if:

  • You purchased the wrong product and it has not been downloaded.
  • A technical issue prevents the product from functioning and we are unable to resolve it.
  • A system error resulted in incorrect product delivery.

We recommend reviewing product documentation, descriptions, and demos before making a purchase.

7. Support Policy

We do not offer support via:

  • social media
  • phone calls
  • messaging applications
  • third-party platforms

Support is available only for active licenses and current product versions.

Please note:

  • Support covers issues directly related to our products.
  • Issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, custom code, or hosting environments may not be eligible.
  • Response times are provided on a best-effort basis (no guaranteed SLA).
  • Requests submitted in languages other than English may be declined.
  • We do not provide support for adult websites or websites that violate our Terms or applicable laws.

8. Warranty

All products are provided without warranty of any kind.
We do not guarantee compatibility with every WordPress theme, plugin, or custom setup.
You assume full responsibility for the installation, configuration, and performance of the product.

9. Fair Use Policy

To ensure fair support for all customers, support is limited to three domains per license per month.
Abuse of support services or unreasonable request volume may result in suspension or termination of the license without refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania.
Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Any changes become effective immediately upon being posted on almivision.com.

12.2 Pricing Information

All prices displayed on almivision.com:

  • Are final prices
  • Do not include VAT, as ALMIVISIONS SRL is not VAT registered under Romanian law
  • Are shown in EUR
  • Represent the final amount paid by the customer
  • Do not incur any additional VAT charges or hidden fees

Any currency conversion fees applied by banks or payment providers remain the responsibility of the customer..

12.3 Invoicing

Upon completing a purchase:

  • An electronic invoice will be issued to the customer
  • The invoice includes full company details, tax information, and product description
  • Billing information must be accurate and complete when provided by the customer
  • Invoices are delivered by email and stored in your customer account, if applicable

We reserve the right to request additional billing details if required by Romanian tax law.

12.4 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card payments processed securely through euplatesc.ro
  • Bank transfer (order delivered after payment confirmation)

We do not store or process credit card data on our servers.
