Refund policy

1. Overview

Our products are digital, downloadable, and non-returnable, which means refunds are generally not offered.

However, we want every customer to be satisfied, so refunds may be granted under specific conditions listed below.

2. Eligibility for refunds

A refund may be approved only if:

a) Wrong product purchased

You bought the wrong product and you have not downloaded it.

b) Technical issues

A product does not function as advertised and:

  • The issue is caused by the product itself (not by third-party themes/plugins/server limits)
  • You contacted our support team
  • We were unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable timeframe

c) System error

A server, billing, or delivery problem resulted in you receiving the wrong product.

3. Cases not eligible for refund

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Products already downloaded
  • “Changed my mind” or “no longer needed”
  • Incompatibility with third-party themes or plugins
  • Issues caused by incorrect configuration, hosting limitations, or custom modifications
  • Failure to read the product description or documentation
  • Requests made after more than 14 days from purchase

4. How to request a refund

Please email us at contact@almivision.com with:

  • Order number
  • Email used during checkout
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Screenshots or details if the issue is technical

We generally respond within 48–72 hours.

5. Payment methods

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method:

  • Card payments (via euplatesc.ro)
  • Bank transfer (for orders paid by bank transfer)

6. Abuse of refund folicy

Users who repeatedly request refunds without valid reasons or attempt to misuse the policy may have their licenses suspended and accounts restricted.
